YourRealYou is a trading name of Ian Francis Consulting LTD, which provides the assessment and Full Report service.

What you are buying

The £49 Full Report is digital content matched to the profile calculated from your assessment. You can reach it after viewing a free profile or by choosing the direct Full Report questionnaire. It includes a protected online report, a print-ready A4 PDF and a one-page summary in PDF and image form.

The report is a personal-development resource. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a recruitment test or a guarantee about behaviour or performance. See Evidence, purpose and limitations.

Payment and delivery

Stripe handles payment and collects the email address used for the receipt and delivery. After payment, you can read your report immediately on the confirmation page, and Brevo sends the private report link. Delivery normally starts within seconds of a successful payment. If the email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders and contact us.

The access link is for the purchaser. It can be reused for up to 10 years unless the payment is refunded or access is revoked because of misuse. Download the PDF if you want an offline copy.

Immediate digital delivery and cancellation

When you choose “Agree and continue to Stripe”, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately after payment and acknowledge that, once digital delivery begins, the usual 14-day cancellation right for a change of mind ends. If you do not agree, do not continue to payment.

This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

60-day Positive Difference Guarantee

If the Full Report does not create a positive difference for you, ask for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Email info@yourrealyou.com from the address used at checkout and include the purchased profile.

You do not need to prove your view or complete a questionnaire. We may ask for the Stripe receipt so we can locate the payment. Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe within three working days and return to the original payment method on Stripe or the bank’s timescale. Refunding the purchase ends online report access. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.

Using the report

You may use, print and keep your purchased report for your own personal use. You may share the supplied one-page summary. Do not sell, publish or redistribute the Full Report, its PDFs or a private access link.

Problems and complaints

Contact info@yourrealyou.com with the purchase email, profile and a short description of the problem. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within five working days.

Changes

The version shown when you buy applies to that purchase. We can improve the service or update these terms for future purchases, but will not remove an existing statutory right or the guarantee that applied at checkout.
