YourRealYou is a trading name of Ian Francis Consulting LTD. Ian Francis Consulting LTD is responsible for the personal information used to provide this website and its reports.

The assessment

Your answers are used in your browser to calculate your result. Your 28 answers are removed from browser storage after scoring. Your profile name, result code and access date can be saved in that browser for up to 12 months so you can return to the free report. You can remove that saved access from inside the report or by clearing browser data.

We do not ask for an email, account or payment to show the free result.

If you choose the direct Full Report journey, your answers are processed in the same way but the calculated profile is held only as a short-lived pending purchase in that browser tab. Your profile is revealed after payment. Stripe asks for your email at checkout so we can deliver the Full Report.

When you buy a Full Report

• Stripe collects your email and payment details to process the £49 payment and issue a receipt. YourRealYou does not receive or store your full card details.
• We receive the payment reference, purchased profile and status needed to create, deliver and, if necessary, revoke access.
• Brevo receives your email address and the delivery message so it can send your private report link. We do not add that address to marketing lists.
• Our access store keeps the Stripe session and payment references, profile, delivery status, secure token hash and dates. It does not store the buyer’s email address.

We use this information to perform the purchase contract, deliver the requested digital content, provide support, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Your private report and notes

The emailed access link is intended to remain reusable for up to 10 years unless the purchase is refunded or access is revoked for a valid reason. Keep it private. Opening it creates a secure browser session that lasts for up to four hours.

Action-plan notes typed into a Full Report stay in that browser’s local storage. They are not sent to YourRealYou, Stripe or Brevo and are not added to PDFs or shareable summaries.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers only for payment, email delivery, hosting, security and access records. The main providers are Stripe, Brevo, Vercel and the storage services connected to the Vercel project. Each provider applies its own security and retention controls.

Payment and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Access records can remain for the promised access period and are removed or anonymised when no longer needed. Service-provider logs may be retained for shorter operational and security periods.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or object to its use. Email info@yourrealyou.com. We may need to verify the request using the purchase email or Stripe reference.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage to remember the free profile and any private action-plan notes. A strictly necessary secure cookie protects Full Report access after an emailed link is opened. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site marketing trackers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views and how visitors move through the site. It does not use cookies or create profiles that follow people across websites. We use this information to improve the website, not for advertising.
